Within IBM SkillsBuild, learners worldwide can access AI education developed by IBM experts, offering the latest advancements in cutting-edge technology. The enhanced generative AI coursework includes topics such as prompt writing, Getting Started with Machine Learning, Improving Customer Service with AI, and Generative AI in Action. IBM SkillsBuild’s learning experience will incorporate AI-enhanced features, including chatbot improvements to support learners throughout their journeys and personalized learning paths based on individual preferences and experiences. All of these courses are entirely free, and upon completion, participants can earn IBM-branded digital credentials recognized by potential employers.
This initiative builds upon IBM’s existing commitment to up-skilling 30 million individuals by 2030 and aims to address the urgent workforce needs of today. Till now, more than 7 million students have joined the IBM courses, from 2021.
